HELLOO.
I <3 SARAWAK.
YEAH!
DAY 1: (12th june 09)
Took the plane, SilkAir MI 372 at 8 plus. Arrived at 9 plus.
IT WAS A FREE AND EASY DAY.
Then we arrived at our VERY awesome hotel, Riverside majestic hotel, formerly Crowne PLaza hotel. It's located along the banks of the Sarawak River, which explains the name and the fantastic view. :)
My dad and bro went for friday prayers via the shuttle provided by the hotel. after that we went for lunch at KFC. hahah loser right? turns out the KFC is TOTALLY different from the singapore ones. It sells RICE. And float. HAHAH. its cooler. but there was a bunch of lousy mats inside when we came in and they were talking in VERY LOUD VOICES. BUT, we didnt understand what they said. HAHAH. Language. Then we went to SARAWAK PLAZA. coolio. it was kinda nice. bought some stuff. KAY. then went to seven eleven and bought food to eat in hotel. YEAY. WENT BACK. Then after maghrib went out took the creepy boat to the opposite of the river for dinner. THERE WERE HARDLY ANY LIGHTS IN THE KAMPUNG! AAOW. but there were tonnes of cats. so cutee...
Then went back.
KNOW SOMETHING?
In Kuching, people call cats USAK. IRONIC? Because Kuching means cat in malay. But our guide told us it was actually koo chin.
